Scooped Square One
In a bustling mall at the heart of one Toronto’s burgeoning suburban satellite communities, Scooped presents a radically new face for an ice cream parlour.
Inspired by the geometry, creaminess and flavours of scoops and cones, the design for this storefront utilizes fluted mirrors and a staggered cascade of patinated stainless steel panels to conceal the freezers (the best ice cream freezers for temperature stability, it turns out, don’t display their contents to the customer).
This project was photographed in winter 2025 and won a 2025 Best of Canada award by Canadian Interiors in the retail category.
