Pilot Coffee Roasters Wagstaff Roastery

For one of Toronto’s favourite coffee roasters, this project adds office space on top of their existing roastery building in the city’s East End.

So as not to disrupt operations below, and to avoid introducing new structural support columns, the addition is suspended from a large steel truss - painted a bold yellow to emphasize its function.

The rooftop addition contains workstations, a kitchen for staff, a tasting room, and offices.
